Production Manager Berkhamsted Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production/manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role leads production teams, manages schedules, supports new product introduction, and drives continuous improvement across the factory. Key Responsibilities as a Production Manager Plan and manage daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
