Our client, The ACC Liverpool Group, operates the city's waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool – as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, they have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to exhibitions, developing their offer over the last decade to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services.
They are looking to recruit a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be hard working, show a willingness to learn and develop and be a great team player within all departments of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience of site maintenance and working within the FM industry. They must have a strong electrical background, good knowledge of HVAC systems and general maintenance tasks. The candidate must also have experience in managing reactive workloads as per SLA and carrying out planned preventative maintenance.

Main duties of this role include:
10. Electrical maintenance and installation work.
11. Building Management and Lighting Control Systems.
12. HVAC systems with respect to servicing and fault finding.
13. Fire Alarm/Life Safety Systems.
14. CCTV and access control.
15. Temporary Power Supplies.
16. Standby generation plant.
17. Pump maintenance and associated systems.
The successful candidates will deliver Temporary Power Installations to both BS7671 and BS7909 to facilitate the wide range of events from Exhibition Mains Services to Arena and conference set ups.
