Key Responsibilities

* Support the Team Lead to ensure effective service delivery.
* Build strong relationships with families and learners to provide the necessary support and guidance.
* Work collaboratively with schools to address and overcome barriers to student attendance and engagement.
* Challenge schools on current attendance trends.
* Provide a range of training relevant to the role.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve school attendance rates.


Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience in a similar role within education or social services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
