We are recruiting for a Children's Community Clinical Support Worker who shares our vision to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
Team
The Children's Continuing Care Team provides specialised, child specific respite service to children and their families with complex health needs/profound disabilities in the child's own home throughout East & North Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities
* Independently deliver specialist nursing care within the family home without direct supervision.
* Undertake necessary training to provide nursing care to children with complex health needs within the family home in an unsupervised capacity.
* Perform skills such as enteral feeding, care of tracheostomies, care of children who are long term ventilated, seizure management, and oxygen administration.
Training and Supervision
All necessary training will be given with ongoing facilitation from qualified nurses.
Benefits and Remuneration
High-Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1,258 and a maximum payment of £2,121 per annum pro rata.
