Your new role As Outsourcing Senior Manager (MTD for Income Tax), you’ll spearhead the design and delivery of a new service model covering quarterly reporting, digital recordkeeping and final declarations under MTD IT.Key areas include: Designing and implementing a scalable, centralised outsourcing service for MTD IT Building workflows, pricing models, team structures and digital processes Leading client communication, onboarding and digital transformation (Xero & Landmark) Migrating clients away from manual systems to compliant digital solutions Recruiting and managing a delivery team as the service grows Working closely with the Tax team to align quarterly data with year‑end tax positions Important: This is not an IT/technology role.“IT” here refers solely to Income Tax — this is a qualified accountancy/tax outsourcing role, not a systems or infrastructure post.
