Our clients, an independent multi‑disciplined Law Firm now seek an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the team at their Birkenhead offices.
An experienced Fee Earner, you will be joining a friendly and supportive team and benefit from the support of the in‑house team of Paralegals and a hybrid working pattern.

The Person
* Must be a proven Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years experience
* Be detail oriented with experience of Case Management systems
* Be a strong and confident communicator, as well as a team player with a positive approach
* Must be confident in managing your own caseload in addition to both being able to delegate and work within a team
The Role
* Manage your own caseload of Residential transactions, both sale and purchase
* Provide clear and accurate advice to clients, in addition to liaising with concerned parties
* Maintaining excellent client care, ensuring repeat business
* Supervising junior team members when required
