Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the branch's operations, supervising staff, and driving both customer satisfaction and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Maximise branch profitability through achieving budgets and controlling resources. Monitor staff performance and implement procedural or training improvements as needed. Review pricing policies to optimise profit while remaining competitive. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, promoting all services and identifying sales opportunities. Manage parts inventory, reducing obsolete stock in line with regional guidance. Ensure all operating and administrative systems maintain high standards, with timely submission of documentation. Uphold health and safety regulations across the branch. Resolve customer complaints to mutual satisfaction. Maintain exceptional housekeeping and presentation standards throughout the premises. Mentor and develop team members, addressing training needs and career development. Administer processes and systems in line with manufacturer standards. Candidate Requirements: Proven managerial or supervisory experience in the automotive sector, preferably within commercial vehicles. Knowledge of manufacturer processes and dealer management systems. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal and team management skills. Ability to focus on daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks.
