About the role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a Regulatory Policy Manager who'll combine data management and analysis to create our regulatory reports. You'll be compiling, reviewing, and managing all types of regulatory information for our group reporting, so there's always something to learn.

What you'll be doing
* Reviewing regulatory reporting technical specifications, regulations, and changes to those, including PRA Rulebook (UK CRR), EBA CRR, and IFD/IFR
* Performing deep dives into regulatory reporting calculations and returns to ensure consistent, accurate reporting with applicable regulatory policies and legislation
* Supporting the branch on new product launches, defining and implementing the regulations for the submission of necessary regulatory reports
* Assessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approaches for reporting (automated and manual)
* Communicating issues with appropriate data owners
* Monitoring and tracking horizon scanning and other regulatory reporting issues to ensure timely and appropriate resolutions
* Ensuring a close relationship with external regulators, as well as Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Affairs teams, responding to queries that may arise
