What you'll be doing As a Nursery Play & Learning Assistant, you will: Support children aged 0-5 with play-based learning and daily routines Create a safe, stimulating environment where children can grow in confidence Work alongside nursery practitioners to deliver fun and engaging activities Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Encourage social, emotional, and physical development through purposeful play Help maintain a clean, welcoming and inclusive space What we're looking for You don't need years of experience-just the right attitude! We welcome: Experience in childcare, early years, babysitting, youth work or similar (desirable but not essential!) A genuine passion for working with young children Patience, creativity, reliability and enthusiasm Willingness to learn and develop new skills Ability to work full days, 8am-6pm Monarch Education will support you with training, guidance and ongoing development.
