Overview
HR Consultant - Employee Annual Survey Designer role for a law firm, based in London. The role focuses on designing and managing the firm’s annual global employee survey, ensuring meticulous planning, effective communication, and seamless execution across all offices worldwide. Short-term contract (3 months) with rate depending on experience.Outside IR35. Law firm experience advantageous.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and design the engagement and annual employee survey process.
* Monitor and report on project progress; address issues and adjust plans as necessary.
* Manage relationships with external vendors, including survey providers, ensuring they meet the firm’s standards and requirements.
* Coordinate with CE Back Office and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate survey delivery and reporting.
Qualifications
* Must have experience in designing and managing annual employee surveys.
* Highly organized and proactive HR professional with the ability to manage cross-office initiatives.
* Experience in a law firm environment is advantageous.
* Contract experience and ability to work on a short-term assignment (3 months).
