We are currently seeking an experienced and proactiveHR Shared Services Managerto join a well-established and reputable organisation based in North Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HR professional to play a key role in leading and developing a high-performing shared services team during a pivotal period of transformation and delivery.
Contract:6-month FTC
Start Date:ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services function
* Ensure delivery of efficient, accurate, and high-quality HR administration and operational support
* Drive performance and service standards in line with KPIs and SLAs
* Support the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and digital tools
* Coach, develop, and support team members to enhance capability and service delivery
* Champion a customer-focused approach across all HR interactions
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR operations and shared service environments
* Strong working knowledge of HR administration, systems, and digital tools
* Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and developing teams
* Results-driven, with a focus on performance, efficiency, and excellent customer service
* Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
