Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
We are looking for a vehicle technician, service technician, auto‑mechanic or mechanic.
It would be a big plus if you have experience on Stellantis brand products (like Vauxhall, Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Jeep, Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo). If you don’t have the experience but have a strong interest to learn, we are still interested to speak with you!
Requirements
* An NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or City & Guilds Level 2
* Any qualifications but no work experience – we have opportunities available

Role Description
* Ensure quality and a first‑time fix to delight customers
* Complete vehicle health checks to highlight issues and sell‑up opportunities
* Communicate with workshop supervision regarding work progress
* Develop skills and knowledge via regular training
* Maintain a clean and safe work bay
* Complete MOTs in line with DVSA standards (if on job req)
Sign On Bonus and Additional Incentives
* £1,500 Sign On Bonus from 1 September 2025, paid in stages: £750 upon joining, £250 once accredited with Stellantis &You, £500 after 12 months employment, additional efficiency bonus
