The Role
* Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
* Conduct property viewings and manage the lettings process, from initial inquiry through to move-in, ensuring all paperwork and compliance checks are completed accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate with contractors to resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, and assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media, to attract potential tenants.
