Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Wishaw for the position of Job Title. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on financial planning, insurance, retirement, investments, and mortgages. Key tasks include conducting client consultations to assess needs, creating personalized financial plans, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also help educate clients about financial products, monitor financial goals, and adapt strategies to align with changing circumstances.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience in financial planning, retirement advice, and wealth management
* Proficiency in investment planning and mortgage & protection advice
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client consultations and relationship-building
* Analytical and research skills to assess client needs and create custom financial strategies
* Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
* Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent) are an advantage
* Previous experience in financial services or a related field is preferred
