Commercial Property – Senior Associate / Partner - Inverness
Oculus Legal Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading Scottish law firm as they look to appoint a Senior Associate or Partner to lead and develop their Commercial Property offering in Inverness. With an exceptional reputation and a strong presence across Scotland, this represents a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping the firm’s continued growth in the Highlands, joining at a senior level with genuine influence over the direction of the practice.
The Opportunity
Working as part of a high-performing national Real Estate team, you will:
Lead on complex and high-value commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development work
Act as a key contact for established clients across sectors such as energy, renewables, and rural estates
Play a pivotal role in business development and client engagement across the Highland market
Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members, contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice
About You
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Senior Associate or Partner who brings:
Proven experience in Scottish commercial property transactions
Strong client relationships and a commercial mindset
The ambition to play a strategic role in growing a regional presence within a well-resourced national platform
Ideally 8+ years’ PQE, with scope for those currently operating at Partner level
