What you’ll be doing
Prepare/review accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
VAT returns, corporation tax computations and submissions
Payroll and related reporting
Speak with clients and provide practical, straight-talking advice
Maintain accurate records using Xero
Liaise with HMRC and Companies House
Keep up to date with tax rules and compliance
What we’re looking for
Essential:
AAT Level 4 (or higher)
3+ years’ accounting experience (practice or industry)
Solid UK accounting/tax knowledge
Great attention to detail + confident communication
Ideal (but not essential):
Xero experience or certification
