Temporary Personal Assistant (Senior Leadership Team) Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Office based Chertsey Our Client is seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and diary management support to senior leaders on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Manage diaries, meetings and correspondence. Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare agendas, reports and meeting materials. Arrange meetings, events and travel logistics. Handle confidential information with discretion. Provide general administrative support as required. Skills & Experience Experience within a similar role Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to prioritise workload and work independently. Professional, trustworthy and detail-oriented.
