Finance / Contracts Administrator – £27,000 | Full-Time | Office-Based | Glasgow Area Are you an experienced administrator with a background in finance or contracts support? I'm working with a well-established construction and maintenance company that’s looking to bring a Finance / Contracts Administrator on board to support their commercial and operational teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied and rewarding role with long-term stability and room to grow. The Role: Managing contract documentation from start to finish Processing purchase orders and subcontractor certificates Issuing and tracking invoices and payments Uploading drawings and handling general admin tasks Supporting with month-end and year-end reports Managing company fleet (e.g. MOTs, road tax) and IT inventory (laptops, phones) The Ideal Candidate: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or finance support role Construction industry background is advantageous (but not essential – training provided) Confident with MS Office and general digital systems Excellent communication and organisational skills Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–5:00pm Friday: 8:30am–3:30pm What’s on Offer: Competitive salary of £27,000 Company pension Free on-site parking Friendly, supportive team environment Long-term job security in a growing business
