We are seeking an ambitious and inspiring Deputy Headteacher to work as part of a job‑share arrangement. This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding classroom practitioner, including those seeking their first senior leadership role, to develop leadership expertise alongside the Headteacher and Leadership Team.
The role includes
* Supporting the Headteacher in strategic leadership
* Championing high‑quality teaching and learning
* Contributing to curriculum development
* Inspiring pupils’ curiosity, critical thinking and love of learning
* Leading and developing staff to secure continuous improvement
* Teaching commitment of up to FTE 0.46 per week
