Job Description
3. Draft and prepare legal documents, including wills and powers of attorney.
4. Assist with estate administration and trust management processes.
5. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Provide support in tax planning and inheritance matters.
7. Handle client queries in a professional and timely manner.
8. Coordinate with solicitors and external stakeholders as required.
9. Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
10. Ensure confidentiality and adherence to GDPR guidelines.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Client Paralegal should have:
11. Experience in private client legal work, including drafting wills and administering estates.
12. A recognised legal qualification or equivalent practical experience.
