We're supporting a high-growth, fast-paced organisation in Newcastle in the search for an ambitious HR Business Partner to join their expanding people team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys operating in a commercially focused environment, partnering closely with stakeholders and contributing to both operational and strategic HR initiatives.
Working on site as part of a collaborative and high-performing culture, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience while supporting managers across a broad range of HR matters.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with managers and employees to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support across a range of people matters
2. Support talent management, performance and development processes across the business
3. Manage employee relations cases including performance, absence and conduct matters
4. Coordinate and facilitate core HR processes including transfers, onboarding, training requests and leavers
