Qualifications
* 1+ months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment.
* Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
* Ability to maintain an easy‑to‑shop environment for customers by consistently executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
* Effective customer service and sales skills.
* Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping at all times and carry out replenishment of sales floors within areas of responsibility.
* Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with adidas values.
* Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
* Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
