Junior Estimator (Civil / Structural)
£75,000 – £85,000 + progression + full company training + company benefits
Role
Produce accurate, value‑engineered cost estimates, develop strong client relationships, and manage projects from initial enquiry to contract award. Day‑to‑day tasks include preparing detailed quotations, negotiating terms, and handing over projects to the operations team to ensure success.
Responsibilities
* Identify risks and opportunities in tenders to produce accurate estimates.
* Support Quantity Surveying functions and post‑project reviews.
* Visit heritage and ground‑works sites to perform estimations on ground works, piling and basements.
* Provide costing and quotes to a variety of customers and clients.
Qualifications / Experience
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or similar).
* Estimator background.
* Based in Isleworth or easily commutable to Isleworth.
