We’re looking for a motivated and creative Senior Data & Performance Executive to join our growing team - supporting the delivery of insight-driven marketing and leading on our paid social media campaigns.
About the Role:
As our Senior Content, Performance and Insights Executive, you’ll take the lead on driving digital growth and performance across marketing activity. Reporting to the Content, Performance & Insights Manager, you’ll own areas of delivery – from paid social and campaign optimisation, to content planning, reporting and digital experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sport, marketing and data - ideal for a digital marketer ready to take the next step in their career.
You’ll also be an active member of our on-the-ground team, working at a variety of events on weekends throughout the season to help deliver unforgettable race day experiences and ensure our brand is represented at its best.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support Content, Performance and Insights Manager in delivering performance reporting, data analysis and customer insights.
· Take ownership of paid social media advertising across platforms from campaign setup and targeting to creative optimisation and performance tracking (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc).
· Responsible for delivery of data-driven paid media strategy that drives participation, awareness and engagement across all events.
· Provide clear insights and recommendations to evolve campaign strategy based on data and wider marketing objectives.
· Provide monthly insight reports to track trends, measure sales and inform marketing activity.
· Manage and update the Run For All website, working with internal teams and third-party developers to ensure content is accurate and engaging.
· Track and report on website traffic, conversion rates and performance metrics.
· Support the development of content and campaign strategies to grow participation and reach.
· Develop and maintain a data-informed content calendar that aligns with participants journeys and campaign objectives.
· Monitor audience behaviour and engagement to inform data-driven marketing decisions.
· Contribute ideas to improve campaign efficiency, pricing strategy and digital user journeys.
· Responsible for the overall management of event day data and database.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
· Has hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager experience essential).
· Confident using analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel).
· Has a keen eye for content performance and marketing trends.
· Communicates insights clearly and works well with creative and commercial teams.
· Is proactive, organised, and enthusiastic about sport and community events.
Experience in a marketing, events, or charity environment is beneficial, but not essential — we're happy to support training for the right candidate with the right attitude and potential.
Why Join Us?
· Be part of a passionate and purpose-led organisation
· Work on a variety of exciting events across the country
· Support charitable giving and community engagement
· Enjoy flexible working and professional development opportunities
· Make a real difference while developing your marketing skills
