Role Focus: Roles span a comprehensive range of finance positions, including:
1. Transaction-level roles for early-career finance professionals
2. Part-qualified accounting positions
3. Senior-qualified roles for experienced finance specialists
4. Commercial finance positions across various industry sectors
Role Responsibilities:
5. Build and develop a strong network of high-calibre finance and accounting professionals
6. Conduct in-depth candidate sourcing and screening for commercial finance positions
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the finance and commercial sectors
8. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate identification to final placement
9. Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
10. Prepare candidate shortlists and support clients through the interview and selection process
11. Achieve and exceed monthly sales and placement targets
12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases and client records
Essential Requirements:
13. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within finance and accounting sectors
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. Strong sales and negotiation abilities
16. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
17. Proficiency in recruitment technologies and CRM systems
18. Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered
19. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
