About the Role
Our client, a leading business within the automotive accident repair and bodyshop sector, is looking for an experienced Panel Technician / Panel Beater to join their busy workshop.
This role suits a skilled bodyshop technician with a background in vehicle repair, accident damage, and automotive body restoration. Youll be working on a range of vehicles carrying out high-quality crash repairs and ensuring vehicles are returned to pre-accident condition.
With a consistent flow of work and an uncapped bonus structure, this is an excellent opportunity for a panel beater or panel technician to maximise earnings.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out panel repairs and panel replacements on a variety of vehicles
Complete automotive body repairs including crash repair and vehicle restoration
Repair or replace full panels and quarter panels
Undertake welding, jig work, and structural repairs
Complete jobs from strip down through to final repair stages
Ensure all bodyshop repairs meet manufacturer standards
Maintain accurate job records and support workshop productivity
About You
Experienced Panel Technician, Panel Beater, or Bodyshop Technician
Strong background in accident repair, crash repair, and vehicle body repair
Skilled in welding, jig work, and panel replacement
Able to work independently in a fast-paced bodyshop environment
High attention to detail and quality
ATA / NVQ in Vehicle Body Repair (desirable but not essential)
