Job Description:
* Administrator – Helpdesk Team
* Monday to Friday – 35 Hours Per Week - hours are either 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM with 30 mins break, or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with a 60 min break
* Salary: £22,000 - £23,000
* Site-Based – Bolton Office (Near Horwich Train Station)
Here at ISS, a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider in the UK, we are seeking an Administrator to join our established Helpdesk team at the Bolton office. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role during regular office hours.
You will support a dedicated banking client, providing helpdesk services such as reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and cost/budget tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing supply chain jobs in line with SLAs and response times
* Providing feedback on issues affecting contract performance or customer satisfaction
* Updating the system with job statuses and relevant comments
* Informing customers about job progress and delays
* Encouraging customer engagement and feedback via service questionnaires
* Responding professionally to customer requests, logging service requests, and prioritising based on safety, criticality, and expectations
* Maintaining accurate system data
* Ensuring timely and accurate job closure through liaison with site colleagues
* Contributing to KPI and quality standard achievement
* Managing complaints promptly and professionally with effective communication
