Our client, a leading construction company operating in critical environments such as Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, and High Value Manufacturing, is seeking a talented Technical Services Manager to join their team in London. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects with blue-chip clients in a stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and shortlist potential M&E partners during the Tender process.
2. Assess and track the performance of key M&E subcontractors across quality, safety, programme, and value.
3. Act as the escalation point for any MEP issues and manage them to a successful conclusion.
4. Establish and promote a strong Safety culture within the team.
5. Ensure the implementation of Safety Management and Environmental Management Systems on all projects from a Tech Services perspective.
6. Build and resource the M&E team, selecting appropriate team members for individual projects.
7. Promote inclusivity and a positive team ethic within the M&E team.
