We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Aftermarket Support team as a Product Support Engineer at our Wolverhampton site. Your Role As a Product Support Engineer, you'll play a critical role in supporting our in-service aerospace products, providing technical expertise and innovative solutions to Prime Contractors, Airline Operators, and Aftermarket teams. You'll also support the introduction of new products, ensuring readiness and maintainability from day one. Key Responsibilities - Deliver technical advice and problem resolution for in-service equipment (both externally and internally) and new product introductions. - Monitor product reliability, identify fault trends, and drive systemic improvements. - Develop robust troubleshooting strategies at the system level. - Prepare and deliver engaging training material for Aircraft Operators. - Collaborate with Technical Publications to ensure accuracy of technical manuals and bulletins. - Support development of repair schemes and management of rotable parts. - Contribute to maintenance planning, direct maintenance cost analysis, and in-service readiness. - Represent Safran in technical reviews with customers and provide expertise to our Customer Response Centre.
