A successful global SaaS company are seeking an experienced Sales Commissions Manager to manage the Sales Commission Plan for over 300 sales people globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commission Planning and Rollout - quota setting, capacity modelling, manager and field training
* Management of corporate bonus plan attainment calculations and payment process
* Deal validations/bookings support - specific to incentives
* Analytics - performance analysis, Club prep
* Managing a Commissions Analyst responsible for the monthly commission payment process and supporting escalations
Experience needed:
* Demonstrable SaaS/Software Commissions Management experience
* Salesforce Spiff commission tool admin
* Previous stakeholder relationships with Sales, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Inside Sales and Partners
* SaaS/recurring revenue models
* Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
