They are currently undergoing a major transformation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the selection and implementation of a new system. This is a pivotal interim role where you'll work across finance, IT, and project teams to define requirements, support vendor selection, drive system configuration, and ensure successful delivery. The focus is on improving financial processes, increasing efficiency, and enabling scalable growth. Role responsibilities. Lead the requirements gathering process for core finance functions: GL, AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting, reporting Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams Support the RFI/RFP process, ensuring vendor responses meet business needs Work with implementation teams and vendors to configure the new system Lead on testing activities (test plans, scripts, UAT) to ensure robust delivery Support data migration and validation from legacy platforms Analyse and improve current finance processes, documenting new workflows Act as a key bridge between stakeholders, maintaining strong communication throughout the project Key skills required. 5–7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes Comfortable working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies Skilled in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and process mapping Experience in RFI/RFP cycles, UAT support, and data validation Background in financial services is advantageous, but not essential So, why would you want to work here?
