Role Overview
The primary care digital transformation program encompasses a range of projects aimed at modernising patient care across the Integrated Care System. The Digital Transformation Projects Manager, a senior member within the Primary Care Lincolnshire Integrated Care System, will play a key role in managing and delivering digital projects aligned with business and service objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Procurement, development, and implementation of computing and telecommunication services.
* End-to-end project management.
* Negotiation of contracts and management of contract performance where applicable.
* Driving organisational change to meet ICT requirements.
