We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Midwife to join our Education Team. This role offers a valuable developmental opportunity within maternity education. Main duties of the job
1. Provide comprehensive health education, psychological, and social care advice to women, including preconception care in various settings.
2. Be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating care programs throughout the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods for women and their babies.
3. Act as a preceptor for newly qualified midwives and other staff members.
4. Work autonomously within professional guidelines and scope of practice.

* NMC registered midwife
* SSSA evidence of training
* BFI training
* NIPE, NLS, or ALSO equivalent

This role requires a DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
Salary: £42,939 to £50,697 per annum, inclusive of HCAS, pro rata for part-time.
