While part of a friendly, down-to-earth team, youll build lasting relationships with top UK employers and candidates.No prior recruitment experience is required: we can provide all the training you need to become a successful recruiter. However, we do need:
* Strong communication skills; a keen interest in people, active listening and the confidence to have engaging conversations with diverse groups of people
* Ambition; the desire to learn and progress within Sanderson
* Resilience; the ability to overcome challenges and the discipline to work towards achieving positive results
* Urgency; working in a fast paced, competitive environment and switching between multiple tasks
* Partnership; Working collaboratively in a close team environment and building strong relationships
* Sales experience or a willingness to thrive in a sales environment.
Responsibilities
* Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, and networking
* Write and post engaging job adverts to attract top talent
* Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Arrange interviews and manage the offer process
* Support business development by identifying new client leads
* Keep accurate records in the CRM and ensure compliance
