Your New Role As Senior Project Manager, you will take on a pivotal leadership role, overseeing the successful delivery of a complex, multi-phase regeneration project.You will be responsible for driving performance across all key project metrics, whilst managing a wide range of stakeholders across both internal and external teams.Key responsibilities will include: Leading and coordinating a large, multidisciplinary project team Managing internal stakeholders across operations and construction functions Overseeing external relationships with consultancies, contractors, and local authority representatives Ensuring delivery against key programme, cost, and quality objectives Providing clear leadership and governance across all stages of the development lifecycle Proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth project delivery Upholding best practice in health & safety, quality, and sustainability What You’ll Need to Succeed To be considered for this role, you will be an ambitious and driven construction professional with a proven track record in delivering complex developments.
