Pro4orm People Ltd have partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company in the search of a Graduate Analyst.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate or early-career professional seeking their first challenge within the pharmaceutical industry. Reporting to the UK Business Head, the role will be based at our client’s site in Wrexham on a hybrid basis of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
This would suit someone with outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills. It is a supportive role which will develop as the successful candidate grows in knowledge. It requires someone adaptable and who can deliver projects on short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Pharmacy Key Account Managers by analysing data, generating reports and assisting with tasks related to sales performance and customer engagement like pricing, forecasting & review of monthly performance of divisional sales.
* Assist with market research and competitive analysis
* Assist in the preparation of presentations for sales meetings
* Track sales performance against targets
* Develop detailed understanding of market intelligence tools to support business decisions through provision of accurate data
* Support project management activities for timely delivery of projects by
* Regular communication with cross functional teams such as Regulatory, R&D, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain in UK & India
* Maintaining and updating new product reports / databases with latest information on market size, pricing & competition
* Assisting in developing project plans with defined milestones and report progress
* Relationship management with market research agencies
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Educated to degree level in either pharmacy or life sciences
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to manipulate large datasets
* Ability to multi task and adaptable
* Advanced Excel and Power point skills
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience working with pharmaceutical industry data sources such as IMS, PCA etc., is desirable but not essential
* Ability to interpret clinical and pharmacological information would be an advantage.
