Role Overview
We are seeking passionate, skilled, and empathetic Cognitive Behavioural Therapists who are committed to delivering exceptional care and brief, evidence‑based interventions. At Psych Health, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, helping individuals to overcome a range of psychological challenges and enhancing their wellbeing in both their work and home lives. You will work from home in the UK, providing one‑to‑one CBT therapy virtually, with an option for on‑site sessions if you desire a hybrid role at our JLR West Midlands site.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver one‑to‑one, brief, goal‑oriented CBT treatment to adult patients with varied presentations, typically 8‑12 sessions. Participate in fortnightly individual clinical supervision and weekly team meetings for peer supervision, CPD, self‑care practices, and business updates. Manage your caseload under a brief, solution‑line focused model while maintaining documentation and service parameters. Hours are flexible and part‑time or full‑time (15–37.5h/week) but must include a Tuesday or Thursday for team meetings.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* BABCP accredited CBT Therapist.
* Holder of a post‑graduate diploma qualification in CBT.
* Experience in a similar role, providing high‑intensity CBT interventions, ideally in primary care or workplace/Occupational Health settings.
* Keen to develop as a CBT Therapist and learn new skills in new contexts.
* Desire to offer only online therapy (or a mixture of face‑to‑face if hybrid role is desired).
* Team player, able to work effectively in a fast‑paced service setting.
* Experienced working with adults (essential) and has a broad range of clinical experience.
* Experience working with children, young people and families (not essential).
* Experience designing and delivering mental‑health related training sessions or workshops is highly desirable.
* EMDR training desirable.
Education & Qualifications
Masters Degree or Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Salary
£38,000 to £47,000 FTE (pro rata for days worked), depending on experience and qualifications.
