Graduate Marketing Assistant
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Work Arrangement: Full on-site during probation, with the option to work 1 day from home afterwards.

Our client is a multinational company with a UK division and factories across Europe. We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Marketing Assistant.
Main Purpose of the Role
To create engaging content for social media, digital marketing, and blog posts; manage and develop the company website; and provide administrative support to the MD, Head of Marketing, and Sales team to ensure high customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a recent graduate seeking a diverse first role within a fast-paced business environment.
Key Relationships
Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Technical teams. Externally, work closely with Marketing Agencies, Brand Bank, Customer Websites, and Trade press publications. Collaborate cross-functionally with Dunstable teams and other Group sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement creative strategies to increase followers on UK LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages in line with targets.
* Coordinate with Group social media contacts to share ideas and content.
* Manage and update the UK website regularly.
* Oversee UK internal communication strategies to keep employees informed.
* Create pack designs using Adobe Photoshop or Canva for customer presentations.
* Monitor UK customers' websites to ensure correct branding, descriptions, and SEO optimization.
* Manage online visibility of current vacancies and support recruitment processes.
* Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams, maintaining accurate records.
* Assist with office and administrative tasks, including preparing for meetings, organizing events, and handling samples and gifts.
* Coordinate UK trade press releases and ensure quarterly content submissions.
* Manage relationships with industry events and support the UK NPD process for new product launches.
* Represent the UK business to customers and in the wider market.
* Collaborate with UK and Group teams to foster business growth and share knowledge.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Essential:
* Degree in business, media, or marketing.
* Knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
* Proficiency with Photoshop and/or Canva.
* Experience creating and editing videos and photographs.
* Good Microsoft Office skills.
* Full UK driving license and access to a car.
