Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
* Licence Processing & Case Management
o Review, assess, and determine licence applications in line with the Housing Act 2004.
o Manage a varied caseload using digital systems, ensuring timely processing and audit-ready records.
* Compliance, Inspection & Enforcement
o Apply housing legislation; support inspections and enforcement to address non-compliance.
o Provide guidance to landlords, tenants, and partner agencies.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
o Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
o Produce compliance and performance reports.
