You will be responsible for handling civil litigation cases from instruction through to completion, ensuring all matters are managed professionally, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters from instruction to conclusion
* Handling a range of disputes including:
o Contractual disputes
o Professional and general negligence
o Debt recovery actions
o Commercial disputes
o Building and construction disputes
o Misrepresentation claims
o Inheritance Act claims
o Contested probate matters
* Delivering high-quality legal advice and excellent client care
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to support team objectives
Skills & Experience xsngvjr
* Qualified Solicitor with up to 3 years’ post-qualification experience in Civil Litigation
* Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of contentious matters
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
* Commitment to high-quality work delivered with integrity
