A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its growing property team.
The role will involve handling a broad mix of commercial property matters including:
️ Acquisitions & disposals
️ Secured lending and remortgages
️ Landlord & tenant work
️ Leases, renewals & licences
️ Auction transactions
️ Pension scheme property matters
️ Land Registry applications
️ Management company work
The firm is looking for someone with solid technical knowledge, strong organisational skills, and confidence managing a varied caseload.
