Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of inclusive education across the school.
* Work closely with the Head Teacher and the Senior Leadership Team.
* Build a cohesive and collaborative team of teachers.
* Represent the school in partnership with parents, secondary schools, agencies, the local authority, and the trust.
Qualifications and Experience
* Highly skilled primary teacher with strong line‑management experience.
* Passion and enthusiasm for inclusive education.
* Self‑motivated, inspiring, energetic, and flexible.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Current NASENCo qualification or equivalent, or working towards it within 18 months of appointment (evidence required at interview).
* Willingness to undergo safeguarding and child protection screening, enhanced DBS, and other checks per the Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025 guidelines.
