🏢 Property Litigation Legal Secretary – Team Assistant
A leading Essex law firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Property Litigation Legal Secretary to join their busy team. This exciting role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and has hands-on experience in Property Litigation.
You will be responsible for carrying out conflict and ID checks, managing diaries and travel, handling administrative tasks, preparing documents, liaising with clients and internal teams, and providing audio/copy typing support using Bighand. You’ll also assist with meetings, events, new enquiries, and occasionally cover reception, making this a varied and dynamic position.
To succeed, you’ll need previous experience in Property Litigation, strong Microsoft Office skills, and ideally familiarity with P4W, Bighand, or Oyez. Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive, flexible attitude are essential.
