Position Overview:
We are looking for an organised and proactive Branch Administrator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the branch by providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and assisting both staff and customers when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Processing delivery lines accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Answering the telephone and directing calls.
3. Daily banking duties.
4. Support branch staff with administrative tasks such as filing order/delivery paperwork, data entry and report generation.
5. Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
6. Provide backup for other administrative functions as needed.
7. Any other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the branch.

Qualifications and Skills:

8. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
9. Good interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
11. Flexibility – the ability to adapt, change, prioritise and still deliver on the things that matter most is crucial.
12. Tact, discretion, and good judgment.
13. Strong communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
14. Skilled at providing pragmatic and commercial advice.
15. Proven influencing and negotiating skills.
16. Proactive and able to use own initiative.
17. A strong desire to learn and develop.
18. Team player – collaborative and supportive of colleagues.

Work Hours: This full-time role entails 39 hours per week. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 4pm.
