* Apply strong editorial judgment to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand fit.
* Develop repeatable AI‑assisted content workflows.
* Contribute to content planning, strategy, and cross‑channel alignment.
* Apply SEO best practices across structure, metadata, and internal linking.
* Audit and optimise existing content for relevance and performance.
* Work within a CMS and uphold content governance standards.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, digital, and regional teams.
* Track content performance and report actionable insights.
* Test and refine messaging, headlines, and formats based on data.
Profile
Must‑Have
* Full professional proficiency in German and English, demonstrated through high‑quality written content in both languages.
* A strong copywriting portfolio covering product copy, long‑form editorial, email, and digital marketing (samples required).
* 4+ years' experience in content writing, digital marketing, or a related field.
* Hands‑on experience using AI tools for content creation, with clear editorial judgement.
* Solid grasp of SEO best practices at the content level.
* A proactive, transparent working style, you communicate clearly and flag issues early.
Nice‑to‑Have

Job Offer
* Salary £55,000 - £70,000
