Position:

Program Support II


Nature of Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Support II to support our project management and engineering teams on a high-visibility government contract. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical execution and administrative compliance, ensuring that all project deliverables meet stringent government standards and deadlines.


Responsibilities:

* Deliverable Management: Manage the lifecycle of technical documents, including Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Technical Reports, and White Papers. Ensure all documents follow the Government Style Guide and are free of errors.
* Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate various technical and non-technical meetings. Responsibilities include drafting agendas, capturing detailed technical minutes, and tracking action items to completion.
* Project Tracking: Maintain project schedules and dashboards in tools like JIRA, MS Project, or SharePoint. Monitor "suspense" dates to ensure the team stays ahead of contract milestones.
* Quality Control: Perform final "Gold Plate" reviews on PowerPoint briefings for Quarterly Program Reviews (QPRs)/ Program Management Reviews (PMR) to ensure professional formatting and data accuracy.
* Knowledge Management: Maintain the project’s MS Teams site, ensuring that technical documentation is archived correctly and accessible to authorized personnel.
* Additional support tasking as requested


Requirements:

* Ability to Obtain/maintain SECRET Clearance.
* 3–5 years of administrative or project support experience, preferably within a Department of Defense (DoD) or Civilian Agency contracting environment.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 Suite is mandatory, with advanced skills in MS Word (styles, table of contents, tracking changes), Power Point (creating briefs, running sessions, and collaborating with stakeholders), and Excel (pivot tables and data visualization).
* Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable asking technical leads for clarifications to ensure accuracy in reporting. High level of expertise in collaboration/teamwork across multiple engineering teams to organize, plan, and execute team meetings.
* Ability to work with limited supervision, and manage one’s time effectively with minimal direction.
* Experience with CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) handling procedures.


Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
* 3–7 years of administrative or project support experience, preferably within a Department of Defense (DoD) or Civilian Agency contracting environment.
