Purpose of Job: Ensuring the safe and efficient production of crops grown and packed at LJ Betts. To be responsible for: · Ensuring a high quality standard of work at all times. · Ensuring targets are met on harvesting performance (quality, speed, and attendance). · Comply with all crop assurance protocols. · Ensuring all related food safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to. · Ensuring all machinery and equipment is used safely and with respect. · To consider product safety, legality, and quality in all tasks undertaken. · Be aware of the Health and Safety policy: You should be mindful of your own safety and the safety of those around you. You should immediately report any issues or concerns relating to Health and Safety to your Team Leader.
