What you will do:
* Deliver high‑quality Occupational Health MSK physiotherapy services focused on early and effective return‑to‑work outcomes.
* Conduct functional assessments, provide evidence‑based treatment, and complete detailed workplace assessments.
* Carry out accurate clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments both face‑to‑face and via remote consultations.
* Advise management on employee fitness for work and recommend reasonable workplace adjustments.
* Ensure all rehabilitation practices align with national clinical standards and professional guidelines.
Requirements:
Essential:
* Qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
* Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
* Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
* Ability to travel between Daventry and Rugby.
Desirable:
* Experience or a strong interest in Occupational Health and MSK physiotherapy.
