We Offer:
* Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
o While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
* No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.
o All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy
o Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.
o Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support
* Free to use our Infrared Saunas as much as you want

Available Shifts:
* Monday through Friday, 4:30-9:30 pm
* Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
* Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 7:30 pm

Here's what you’ll be doing:
* Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
* Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
* Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
* Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
* Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
* Administer studio tours for new guests
* Answer all questions about services and the facility
* Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
* Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
