The Role
As a Child Development & Early Years Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality Child Development lessons at KS4 and/or KS5
* Plan and deliver schemes of work covering child development, health, safety, and wellbeing
* Support learners through coursework, practical tasks, and exam preparation
* Assess, monitor, and track student progress effectively
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Child Development, Early Years, or a related subject
* Strong classroom management and confident communication skills
* A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to start immediately
